She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fouts and Neva Fouts (Winnup); her brothers, Gary and Robert Fouts; her stepfather Larry Hillard; and her stepbrother Jim Hillard.
She is survived by: her husband Norman "Dutch" Tolles; her children, Norman Tolles Jr., Edward Tolles Sr. (Tanya), Melissa Tolles and Robert Tolles Sr. (Kimberelie); her grandchildren, Taylor, Eddie, Bobby (Anna) and Greysen; her great grandchildren, John, Jase and Roman; her stepsisters, Helen May (Buzz) and Joann Miller; and her sister-in-law Jan Zulch.
Memorial contribution in Kay's honor may be gifted to the Weston Church of Christ, or the Alzheimer's Association.
