He is survived by: his mother Christina Zbinden (McCaig); his wife Tammi Shaffer; his stepson Chad Wittes (Jordan); his sisters, Amy Lane (Jayme) and Lisa Giampaolo; his grandchildren, Trevor Wittes, Dylan Wittes and Destiny Wittes; his great grandchildren, Virginia Patton and A. J. Wittes; his niece Adrianna; and his nephews, Andrew, Zachary, Dylan and Carson.
