He is survived by: his children, Cassie Eblen (Dean), Shelly (Duane), Isabell and Nancy Ensley; his stepsons, Rick Clark and David Clark; his grandchildren, Dakota Clark, Dawson Clark and Adriana Isabell; his father-in-law Jack Church; his siblings, Sharon Kwiatkowski (Robert), Charlotte Hurst, David Ash (Sharon), Darrell Ash (Sandy), Don Ash, Dan Ash (Vickie), Patty Walkup and Cathy Krueger (David); and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Roberts (Barry), Lisa Kiene (Bruce) and Amy DeTillion (Mark).
