He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Berardinelli. He is survived by: his father David L. Berardinelli; his aunt Gina Beradinelli; his siblings, Dave Hammon (Eileen) and Debbie Hemann (Bob); his nieces and nephews, Rachel, David III, Robert Hemann and Brandy Hemann Zachary; and his aunt Gina Berardinelli.
