Cusick Pevear (Dan), Veronica J. Ashburn (Richie), William Cusick (Loralee), Mary T. Cusick (Vicki Johnson) and Richard Cusick (Nancy); her siblings, Joan Powers, Joseph Gordon Lucas and Deborah Lindsey; and her cousin Geraldine "Gerry" Lavelle. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
