He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Gauntner and Margaret Gauntner. He is survived by: his wife Maureen "Rini"; his children, Molly Gauntner (Geoff Stobart), Timothy M. Gauntner (Angelica) and Maureen Capellas (Carl); his grandchildren, William, Anne Breninghouse, Timothy F., Ronan, Maxwell Gauntner, Zacharias, Clare and Eleanor Capellas; and his siblings, Margret "Peggy" Stampfl (Ernie), John Gauntner (Anmarie) and Jane Ryan (Dan).
