He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas V. Withers and Agnes Withers; his wife Jeanne Withers; and his sisters, Margaret Withers and Jean Wheeland Cox.
He is survived by: his former wife Jeanne Clifford; his children, Mary Jane Withers of Ridgewood, Robert John Withers of Bay Shore and Thomas C. Withers (Lori) of Westlake; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Connor, Cameryn Fitzgerald and Thomas J. Withers; and his sister Sandra Grindle (David) of Ashland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
