He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Kopcak and John Kopcak; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerri"; his children, Jeffrey, Michael, Kimberly and Deborah; and his sister Carol Mishik (Lenny).
