He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack W. Vaughn and Mary Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his children, Megan McKenney (Jason) of Westlake and Michael Vaughn (Shannon) of North Ridgeville; his grandchildren, Leah, Max, Roan and Cai; and his sister Joy Jacobs (Duane) of Canton.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
