He was predeceased by: his brothers, Brian (Paula), Michael (Gail) and Dennis (Elizabeth). He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Patrick (Jody), Margaret Gasparik (Robert), Anne, Dr. Christopher (Julie), Mary Hayes Collins (Brian) and Dr. Matthew; his stepchildren, Jim Ford (Teri), Beth Colucci (Jack), Amy Ford (Scott) and Bill Ford (Laura); and his brother Timothy (Nancy).

Family suggests memorial contributions to St. Ignatius High School.
