She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas E. Duffy; her grandchild Thomas Duffy; and her sister Rita Jackman (Warren). She is survived by: her children, Janet Leitch (Jeff), Robert (Judy), Daniel (Carolyn), Patrick (Joan) and Karen Morley (William); her grandchildren, Megan Townsend (Andrew), Patrick Leitch (Carrie Wagner), Kevin Leitch, Michael Duffy, Shannon Berouty (Tony), Adam Brenstuhl, Ryan Duffy (Liz), Scott Duffy (Abby) and PJ Duffy; and her siblings, Renee Betz, Richard Ursem (Joanne) and Ronald Ursem (Dorothy).

Memorial contributions may be made to Magnificat High School, St. Ignatius High School, EnnisCourt Skilled Nursing Care, or St. Stephen's Church.
