She is survived by: her children, Stephen Portik (Pam) and Karen Portik (Tim Schoeb); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Joe), Benjamin (Patricia), Nathan (Jenna), Rachel (Ryan), Jack and Aiden; and her sister Dorothy. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, extended family and dear friends.
