She was predeceased by: her parents, Slavo Mikus and Anna Marie Mikus (Karas); her former husband Henry W. Green; her husband Franklin H. Rook, Sr.; her son-in-law Paul M. Centric; and her siblings, Steve Mikus, Col. Nick Mikus, Barbara Naples and Anna Marie Wittenauer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Banks (Robert) of Youngstown and Carol Centric (Ridgeville); her grandchildren, Paul W. Centric (April) and Jennifer Dieterle (David); and her great grandchildren, Ava, Naomi, Madilynn, Dylan and Brendan.
