He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Greene Kmiecik; and his daughter Karla Phillips. He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Schoren; and his children, Kathleen Bruner (late Jim), Kristen Linton Kelly (Bob), Karen Kieltyka (Frank), Kiera Black (Matt) and Richard II (Kathleen).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to a charity of one's choice.
