It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex A. Gilbert of Westlake, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Catherine Varvaro. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Seeger; his grandchildren, Jason, Christina, Daniel, Gina, Nathan, Matthew, Mariah, Aubriella, Austin, Audrianna and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Kobe, Morgan, Hattie and Truman; and his child Later.

All are welcomed and asked to RSVP to his son, Brian.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in his name to Hospice of the Western Reserve or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
