He was predeceased by: his brother Eric Meitner; and his parents, Ludwig Meitner and Anna Meitner. He is survived by: his wife Cristiana Boieru M. D.; his nephew Christopher; his niece Jennifer; and his cousins, Lisa (Jim), Silvia, Wolfgang (Linda), Karin (Georg), Christiane (Gunther) and Eva.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home (23040 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (1000 Greenlawn Ave, Columbus, OH 43223).
