She is survived by: her children, Tim (Dionne), Maureen Ashdown (Todd), Mary Ellen Nussbaum (Sam), Bridget Currie (Stu), Megan McGough (Ron) and Molly Cruz (Jose); her siblings, Peggy O'Brien (Chuck), Jim O'Brien and Dan O'Brien (Judy); and her siblings-in-law, John Kassay, Mick, Ronnie, Terry and Nancy.
In Lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to Hospice of the Western Reserve, St. Edward High School or the Monastery of the Poor Clares.
