She was predeceased by: her husband John; her son Michael; and her siblings, Joseph Forristell and Charlotte Forristell. She is survived by: her sons, Karl (Carol), John Jr. (Kathy), Patrick (Susan) and William (Yvette); her daughter-in-law Ann Musca Ertle (Greg Shirk); her grandchildren, Tim, Katie Harrison (Dan), Michael, Mary (Matt Soroczak), Matt, Anthony, Annie, John, Jane, Dan, David, Joe, Emily, Julie and Brian; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Maggie Harrison and Clare Harrison; her brothers, John Forristell and James Forristell (Karin); her sister-in-law Beverly Forristell; and her grandson Joseph Ertle (S. J.). She is also survived by many extended family members and all the Irish cousins.
