It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Keith R. Adkins Sr. of Westlake, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tammy; his children, Brian Hale (Katie), Keith Jr. (Kate), Christina Kelch (Matthew), Madeline D'Amico, Catherine D'Amico, Emma, Hannah, Owen and Ben; his parents, Sharlene and Charles R. Adkins, Sr.; his brother Charles R. Jr. (Patricia Bisesi); his parents-in-law, Michael and Bonnie Barrett; and his nieces and nephews, Haley and Logan.
