With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen M. Lada of Westlake, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathleen M. Lada to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Boleslaw "Ben" Lada; her granddaughter Sharon Carleton; and her brother Dennis Madden. She is survived by: her daughter Beth Carleton; her grandchildren, Russell Carleton (Tanya Klimova), Daniel Carleton (Anna Neyman Carleton) and Justin Lada (Grace); and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Leah, Miriam, Timothy, Kieran, Vera, Deena and Ian.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Westlake (25620 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brendan Church (4242 Brendan Ln, North Olmsted, OH 44070).
The family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve or Fr. Murray Scholarship Fund at St. Brendan School.
