He was predeceased by: his brother James; and his parents, Thomas Forrestal and Brigid Forrestal. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Kevin (Beverly), Tim (Elena), Ann Marie Cook (Patrick), Mary Beth Root (Mark), Colleen Mills (Steve) and Edward; his grandchildren, Hannah, Grace, Reilly, Connor, Colin, Aidan, Jack, Ashley, Brendan, Lauren, Katelyn and Kevin; and his siblings, Thomas (Faye) and Mary Patricia Boyce.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Westlake (25620 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Bernadette Church (2256 Clague Rd, Westlake, OH 44145).
The family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
