Jeffrey Hornblower Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Hornblower of Westlake, Ohio, who passed away on September 12, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, David and Mark Hornblower; and his grandchildren, Kaity Bowker, Alix Bowker, Maggie Bowker, Tayler Yorke, Devan Yorke, Caiden Brie Hornblower, Shelby Atkinson and Blakely Hornblower.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Tina Hornblower (Troy Lassiter), Cindy Yorke (Greg Porter), Ryan Hornblower (Rachael Walker) and Scott Hornblower (Amanda Hornblower); and his siblings, William, Dale Hornblower and Myra Hornblower.
In Lieu of Flowers, Jeff requests a donation to American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
