She was predeceased by: her daughter Tamara Aloush; her parents, Joseph Mayholtz and Elizabeth (Nee Hurley); and her brothers, Thomas and Gerald.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Reichert (Bill), Jo Ellen Simon (Tim), Tom (Jill) and Chris; her grandchildren, Bill, Bryan, Sarah, Alyssa, Noah, Bailey, Tom, Kate Petiya (Brandon) and Mary Beth; her great grandchildren, Emily and Edwin; and her husband Tom.
