She was predeceased by: her parents, Katharine Keenan and Bernard Keenan; her brothers, John and Joe; and her husband Bill.

She is survived by: her children, Missy Zale (Gary), Rick Whittemore (Bianca), Cindy Gabor (Dave), John Johnson (Ella), Jeff Johnson (Gaby) and Jim Johnson (Lisa).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jan's name to the Christ Church Westshore Building Fund, 32607 Electric Blvd, Avon Lake, Ohio 44012.
