She was predeceased by: her husband Harry "Skip" Fornes Burkhardt; her parents, Georgia Hottell and Clyde S. Hottell; and her siblings, Jane Jacobson and John Hottell (Rita).
She is survived by: her children, Barb Hilovsky (Marty), Debra Farmer (Wess), Mary K. Burkhardt (Michael) and Brian Burkhardt (Amy); her grandchildren, Katie Hilovsky, Jamie Hilovsky (Carey), Jana, Cami and Bri Burkhardt; and her great grandchildren, Maxton, Oliver and Emerson Hilovsky.
