It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Nieberding (Westlake, Ohio), who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alberta M.; his children, Christopher, James F. (Renée) and Catherine Martis (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew, Maria, Grace, Bridget, Katie, Danny and Stephen; and his brothers, William (Mary Ellen) and John Joseph "Joe" (late Nancy).
Friends may call at the McGORRAY-HANNA FUNERAL HOME OF WESTLAKE, 25620 Center Ridge Rd. (West of Columbia Rd.) MONDAY from 4 – 7 pm. (Masks and social distancing required at Funeral Home and Church).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Jim's memory to St. Edward High School's Tuition Assistance Fund for students in financial need (St. Edward High School, 13500 Detroit Ave., Lakewood, OH 44107); Catholic Relief Services (228 W. Lexington St., Baltimore, Maryland 21201-3443); or a Pro-Life charity of your choice – a cause dear to Jim's heart.
