He was predeceased by: his parents, James Short and Alice Short; his brother James Short (Linda); and his wife Kathleen Short. He is survived by: his sister Catherine; his children, Jamie and Michael Short (Dayna); and his grandson Rowan Short. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
