He was predeceased by: his son Gerald O'Hara; and his sister Patricia Baumberger. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Kilian); his children, Michael O'Hara, Kathleen Simon (Richard) and Carol Bostic (John); his grandchildren, Annie, Kellie, Keith, Jaclyn, Jenna, Justin, Jeremy, Megan and Sean; his great grandchildren, Zoie, Rico, Jada, Cloe, Shane, Tre, Starr and Tyler; his great great grandchild Dominic; and his pets, Emmy and Elsie.
