She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Muraco; and her siblings, Medio Testa, Minnie Sholtis and Betty Palovchalk. She is survived by: her children, Frank (Sandy), Greg (Shelley), Jennifer Hardy and Jay (Liz).

Frances was very involved in Meals on Wheels and she selflessly donated her time to help others.
