He was predeceased by: his wives, Sue Marie Lent of Fairview Park and Mary Jo; his son Timothy Juba; and his siblings, George Juba (Irene) and Elizabeth Bodnar (Robert).
He is survived by: his children, Gene Juba (Dianne), David Juba, Lynne Keller and Laura Renkel (Chris); and his grandchildren, Kristen Keller, Otto Juba (Chelsey), Warren Juba, Christopher Renkel, Max Juba, Collin Juba (Rachel), Nathaniel Renkel, Amber Keller and Anna Renkel.
The family asks that donations to St Mary Magdalene Church be made in lieu of flowers or other gifts.
