It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Benkalowycz (Westlake, Ohio), who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Peter; her sons, Allen (Bobbi Sue), Frank (Nancy) and Roman (Kathy); her grandchildren, Allie, Allen Jr. "AJ", Elicia, Andrea, Haley, Nikki, Mandy, Peter, Lisa and Lynnette; and her great grandchildren, Collin, Amy, Ariel, Hannah, Jeremy, Milo, Linus, Wyatt, Roman, Lydia, Amylia and Jameson.

The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Bernadette Pious Trust, 2256 Clague Road, Westlake, OH 44145.

“I am so sorry for your loss, she was like a second mom to me when I was growing up. I often thought of her as the years went by wishing I kept in touch. I have a few pictures of her when she was young along with all the children and your dad and of course my mom. They were the best of friends in Germany and here in America. I wish you all well.
