Bell (Melissa); his siblings, Richard P. Bell and Joan Bell Newman of Ft. Worth, Texas.; and his parents, Richard P Bell and Marion Dunham Bell. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Private Church service due to COVID-19 restrictions at St. Peter Episcopal Church Saturday, July 11, at 11 A. M. which will be livestreamed on the Chambers Funeral Homes Facebook page.
