He was predeceased by: his sister Delcena Hare; and his son-in-law Stephen Mark Sigley. He is survived by: his children, Honie Bunnie Sigley and Charles Dee Hare; his stepchildren, Tony Malkowski, Robert Malkowski, Billy Malkowski, James Severe and Tiffany Hall; his grandchildren, Justine, Delcena, Alyssa Rose, Nathan, Isabella and Charles Dee Hare Jr.; his siblings, Jerry Hare, Jack Hare and Janet Hare; and his nephew Mike Hare Sr.. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Slone and Co. (13115 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
