She was predeceased by: her parents, Agazio Zangari and Catherine Zangari (Datillo); and her siblings, Jerry Zangari and Antoinette Cellini. She is survived by: her husband Angelo Fortini; her sons, John (Lisa) and Mark (Malinda); her grandchildren, Michael, Elizabeth, Nicole, Meredith, Rebecca and Olivia; and her brother Joe Zangari.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association in Kay's honor.
