Annette S. Hotz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2025, at the age of 75, Annette S. Hotz of Westlake, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Perry and Florence Perry; and her brother Howard Perry. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hotz; her son Paul Hotz (Colleen); her grandchildren, Steven, Peri and Erin Hotz; her sister Ethel Holtzberg; and her cousin Mark Fellenbaum.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sunset Chapel (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cleveland Clinic Hospice in Annette's memory.
