He is survived by: his children, Paul Adam Boak of West Salem and Lori Boak-Yarnell (Darrell) of Holly Springs, NC; and his grandchildren, Carrie Boak, Bo Sowers, Lindsay Boak, Payton Sowers and Paul N. Boak.
