She was predeceased by: her parent Pearl A. Mordell. She is survived by: her husband Jon J. Chokan; her children, Tamara Michalec (Joseph), Aaron Chokan (Michelle) and Denise Smith (Jeffrey); and her grandchildren, Maxwell, Abigail, Guinevere, Zachary Michalec, Reece, Hunter, Finlay, Calais, Lucia Chokan, Logan, Micah, Geneviève, Lillienne, Adeliene and Wyatt Smith.
