He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Yaskulka and Isabelle Yaskulka (Kossakowski); and his brother Joseph J. Yaskulka. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Yaskulka (Simchak); his children, Diane Waugh (John) of Cumming, GA, Mark Yaskulka of Wooster and Scott Yaskulka (BreAnna) of Gainesville, GA.; and his grandsons, Brandon, Adam Waugh, Roman, Evan Yaskulka and Andrew Yaskulka.
