She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Kincaid and Ida Kincaid (Schlegelmilch); her husband John "Jack" Pallat, Jr.; and her brothers, Bob and Don Kincaid.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Hillman (Rick), Penny Victor (Randy), John Pallat III (Carrie), Jill Mason and Joy Shepard (Scott); and her grandchildren, Christy, Sean, Scott, Sabine, Stephen, Samantha, Nicole and Spencer.
