It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Schanz Rhoads of Westerville, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Harold Henry Schanz; and her siblings, Joseph Leo Schanz and Dorothy Louise Hendricks Smith. She is survived by: her former husband Russell Eugene Rhoads; her husband U. S. Army Colonel Russell E.; her children, Marilyn Glynn (Jeff), Nancy Porter (Rich) and Clint Rhoads; her grandchildren, Andrew Glynn (Gina), Elizabeth Schadler (Ben), Peter Glynn (Dianna), Wesley Rhoads (Chasity), Trey Porter (Allyson), Caitlin Shumate (Jon) and Emily Rhoads; and her great grandchildren, Annabeth Schadler, Reagan Porter, Julian Glynn and Brady Schadler.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Rockdale Emergency Relief in Conyers, Georgia.
