He was predeceased by: his wife Susan McCormick; his parents, Roy and LaRue; and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his brother Bob; his children, Chris McCormick (Annabelle), Karen Eyers (Andrew), Bradley McCormick (Marion Katz) and Katie Hayes (Keith); and his grandchildren, Richard Eyers, Robert Eyers, Kimberly Heizer, Kelly Eyers, Rachel McCormick, Emily McCormick, William Hayes and Morgan Hayes. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
