He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Harbert and Cecil Harbert; his wife Martha Spencer Harbert; and his son Martin "Mick" Harbert. He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Rank (Gary) and Rebecca Miser (Mark); his granddaughters, Michelle Freeman (Chris), Melissa Tinlin (Bryan), Nicolette Miser and Samantha Miser (John Arlington); and his great grandchildren, Max Tinlin, Emalyn Freeman, Parker Tinlin, Kamden Tinlin and Jacklynn Arlington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
