She was predeceased by: her parents, Tressa Adkins Dalton and Sherman Baker; her husband Wesley; her brother-in-law James Sullivan; and her parent-in-law Vena Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Joyce Osburn Schwartz (Jeffrey), Rodney Dale Osburn (Cynthia) and Jeffrey Day Osburn; her grandchildren, Jeremy Osburn (Kimberly), Matthew Osburn (Erin Dye), Jessica Osburn, John Osburn (Courtney Jett), Andrew Osburn (Kayla), Evan Osburn (Jordyn Remllong) and Caroline Osburn; her great grandchild Aster Jeanne Osburn; her stepgrandchildren, Jeffrey Schwartz, Jr. (Michelle), Mindy Reardon (Michael) and Melissa Roy (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Addi Clare, Chase and Lawson; her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Mason (Jerry), Iva Sullivan and Thomas Sullivan (Karen); and her sister Linda Gilliam.
