She is survived by: her parents, Parker Adkins and Elma Adkins; her sister Lucy West of West Virginia; her daughter Wanda L. Osburn; her grandchildren, Pamela Schwartz (Jeff), Rodney Osburn (Cindy) and Jeffrey Osburn (Diane); her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Matthew, Andrew, Evan, Caroline, Jessica and John; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jeff, Mindy and Melissa.
