He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph Weaver, Julia Weaver, Norman Cullins and Glenna Pearl Cullins. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Cullins and Sylvia Cullins of Westerville; his children, Lee of Lancaster and Audrey Mackellar (Brock) of Grove City; and his siblings, Jeff (Judy) of Westerville and Kim Crouch (Mark) of Delaware. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many nieces, nephews and close and special friends.
