He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Berger and Sara Lee Berger. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Trevor Berger (Amanda), Tricia Berger and Tyler Berger (Amanda); his grandchildren, Sara, Ben, Haydin and Harper; and his brothers, Tim Berger (Sue) and Terry Berger (Katherine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
