She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah E. Wells (Birney) and Glenn Fletcher Wells; her siblings, Joan Wells, Irma Stewart (Bob), Charles Wells and Ross Wells; her sister-in-law Linda Stevenson Smittle; her nieces, Patty Birney, Kathy Fry and Stacey Vargo; and her nephew Jeff Wells.
She is survived by: her son David (Kim) of Ada; her siblings, Becky Martino (Frank) of St. Clairsville and Carl Sonny Wells (Carol) of Grove City; her siblings-in-law, Bill Smittle (Linda) of Jefferson City, MO, Glenna Wells of Cadiz and Ruth Wells of Jewett; her grandchildren, Doug Smittle (Anthony Lucano) of North Hollywood, CA, Ellen Smittle (Nelson Diaz) of Queens, NY and Evan Smittle (Morgan Chilton) of Westlake; and her nieces and nephews, Dianne Wells of Jewett, Janice Lennox (David) of Gahanna, Pam Howell (Rick) of Scio, Michelle Jansen (Scott) of Jefferson City, Deborah Kovaks (Scott) of St. Louis, Steve Wells (Debbie) of Cadiz, Paul Wells (Pat) of New Philadelphia, Jim Birney of Pataskala and Brian Smittle of Austin, TX..
