He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Tinstman (Fuller) and John Fox Tinstman of Westerville; and his brother-in-law Homer Brickey. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Huff; his sister Claudette Shellenbarger; his wife Sue; his daughters, Kimberly Lynn Collins (Patrick) and Teresa Kay Pinkston (Don); his friends, Jim McCann (JoAnn), Sam and Nancy Jones; and his brother-in-law Mike Brickey (Deb).
