We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 61, Terri Foltz (Westerville, Ohio) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Terri Foltz to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by: her husband Ron; and her sons, Aaron, Andrew and Alex. She is also survived by her mother, siblings, and granddaughter.
