He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth; his sisters, Kathy and Fran Palmer (Michael); his sister-in-law Carol; his children, Patrick (Julie), Kim Smith (Mark), Karl (Heather), Karen Rachuba (Eric) and Tim (Jenni); his brother Jim; his parents, Walter and Rita; his father-in-law James Elliott; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Elliott and Mark Rumble. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, and a large extended family.
